Youtube Now in Widescreen. Watching Cats Stalking Becomes More Epic

Youtube have now announced they have moved to a widescreen format. A very widescreen format. This would be a good thing, except that people are complaining about the existing videos not appearing in the player properly. And by properly I mean by having black bars to the left and right sides of the video. And that there’s no way to be able to change the layout on the screen back to the original 4:3 instead of 16:9.
I don’t care that much, as it’s still a free service from Google, and I’m happy with that. I’m not looking a gift-horse in the mouth…
Now, back to that cat-stalking subject…
