You’re in a dead-end job with little or no hope of ever getting to a higher position. You hate your constant walk-in, work, walk-out existence, with no happiness in what you do every day. You need a change of direction. As a zen-thinking monk would say, “Sometimes the best direction that an individual can take is out of the company”.
So you have cracked. You don’t want to work in your own personalised version of Hell. You want to leave, but you want to go in a way the other people there would remember for years. You want to do it with style.
